Confucius

The Temple of Literature was first built to honor Confucius and his 72 disciples. Right in the center of the complex is the statue of Confucius and along the two sides are his distinguished followers.

The statue present the traditional Vietnamese style: a combination of Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism.
